Words cannot express my gratitude for your assistance in liquidating my parents' house and goods after my mother's death.
Before I was referred to you, I had visions of having to make multiple trips between Santa Barbara and my home is Kansas over periods of months just to wrangle all of the contractors, paper work, and legal tangles involved in settling my mom's estate. I was concerned that I might have to take a semester off from school to get it all done, instead of graduating in May as planned.
Instead, I signed with you, and you took care of everything. You sold what was saleable, donated what still had some value, and schlepped out the trash. You even took care of shredding the documents I identified as not needed but unsuitable for re-cycling. You sold the car and met with contractors, inspectors and utility people as needed. You kept me informed at all stages so I always knew what was going on. Best of all we were able to do this via, telephone, e-mail, and occasional mail. No trips to California! In six weeks you did what I thought would take six months, and made it so I could do my part while still conducting my life.
